The WorkThe Project Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, project planning, project monitoring, project status reporting, and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions. This role supports cross-functional and cross-divisional initiatives and ensures that work is completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
The Project Lead assists in developing project plans, tracking milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, identifying and managing risks and issues, and preparing status updates for leadership. The role also supports meeting facilitation, process improvement activities, quality and compliance efforts, and promotes consistent project management practices across teams.

Responsibilities- Lead and support the planning, coordination, and execution of moderate to complex business and technology projects.
- Gather and document business requirements; perform business analysis to translate needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, action item logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate work across multiple divisions, departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation, discussion leadership, documentation of decisions, and follow-up on action items.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and barriers; elevate concerns and recommend mitigation strategies as appropriate.
- Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Promote and support standardized project management practices, templates, and tools across teams.
- Ensure accurate and current project documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, risk logs, decision logs, project charters, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to support system implementation and transition to operations, including readiness, testing support, and post-implementation review.
- Support quality, compliance, and governance requirements as they relate to project execution.
- Foster strong communication, accountability, and collaboration among stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide leadership support by coordinating assignments, monitoring progress, and helping to resolve issues that impact project delivery.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
