Title:
Business & Compliance Analyst - Customer Operations
Duration: 6 Months
Location:
Bee Cave, TX
- Create all Customer Service Training documentation and ensure it is ready for go live.
- Work with the Customer Service Manager, Builder Services Manager and Trainer to provide training materials to the team, smoothing the transition from UMS to UB4.
- Prep documentation for an internal content delivery site that is accessible and updatable by Customer Service.
- Create screen documentation for the Five9 implementation that will run in tandem with the implementation of UB4.
- Participate in the user role certification for UB4, ensuring the environment is ready to serve customers upon go live.
- Coordinate evidence for SOX Compliance for the Business Controls Office.
