As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be part of the project coordination and resource management function supporting project managers and leadership teams. Pay Range: $23.10 - 38.50/hr

• Recommend resource assignments based on team members' skills, availability, and expertise.
• Forecast future resource requirements and communicate potential bottlenecks or shortages.
• Track employee billable hours and workloads to balance utilization across projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to align staffing with project timelines.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and support resource sharing between projects.

• At least 7 years of experience as a project coordinator or in operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for forecasting and trend identification.
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and consistently report risks and status.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
