Document Control Specialist

We are Hiring for a Document Control Specialist Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in document control within industrial or project-based environments
• Experience supporting EPC, refinery, manufacturing, or large-scale plant projects strongly preferred
• Proficiency with EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, Aconex, Open Text, or similar systems
• Strong working knowledge of Ms office (Excel, Word, Outlook); scripting experience (Power Shell, VBA) is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain data integrity across large document sets (10,000+ records)
• Experience supporting large-scale (“mega”) projects (~$1B+, multi-year) preferred
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and document tracking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical stakeholders

Pay range: $40/hr - $50/hr
