$120,000 - $170,000 + PTO + 401(k) + Relocation + Medical + Dental + Ownership

This is an incredible opportunity to join a rapidly scaling microreactor business backed by $100M Series C funding, with active reactor deployment underway in Texas and ambitious plans to redefine how nuclear power is built globally.

Unlike traditional nuclear environments slowed by process and bureaucracy, this company operates with a high-performance, execution-first mindset inspired by aerospace, defence, and advanced technology businesses. Their mission is simple: build nuclear faster, better, and cheaper than ever before.

In this role, you will support one of the most critical functions within the business, licensing and regulatory approval. Working closely with senior licensing leadership, regulators, and engineering teams, you will help drive submissions, coordinate technical inputs, and contribute to achieving approvals that enable real reactor deployment.

This is an opportunity to gain huge exposure, work directly with leadership, and play a visible role in bringing advanced nuclear technology to market.

Role
  • Support licensing strategy and execution across advanced reactor deployment projects
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating licensing submissions and regulatory packages
  • Support regulator engagement activities and help interpret regulatory feedback
  • Review technical reports, analyses, and supporting documentation for submission readiness
  • Track licensing deliverables, deadlines, and active project work streams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and accelerate approval timelines
  • Help maintain high-quality, regulator-ready documentation packages
  • Work fully onsite in Austin, Texas (Relocation supported)
Qualifications
  • Experience with in a highly regulated industry (advanced nuclear, aerospace, defence, energy, advanced manufacturing or similar)
  • Early career through Associate level experience in licensing, regulatory, compliance, approvals, project delivery, or technical documentation
  • Strong organisation and project coordination capability
  • Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ambitious, curious, and motivated by ownership and impact
  • Interested in challenging conventional approaches and improving execution speed
  • Open to working onsite in Austin (Relocation supported)
