Bi-lingual Back-End Operation; KR-ENG

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support back-end operations for the sales and procurement of piping components. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate execution of operational processes, including billing, invoice verification, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), and payment management.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating inbound and outbound transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall operational efficiency between customers and vendors. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication across cross-functional teams.

Additionally, the candidate will contribute to process consistency and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills, along with bilingual communication in English and Korean, will be critical for success in this role.

• Perform back-end operational tasks supporting sales and procurement of piping components between customers and vendors
• Manage billing, invoice verification, and accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) processes
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics-related transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and financial record management

• Minimum 3 years of experience in back-end operations related to sales and procurement
• Strong understanding of billing, invoice verification, inbound/outbound processes, and AP/AR management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
