Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive professional to support our Private Equity consulting practice. This role combines executive-level administrative support with client-facing and business development responsibilities. You will enable our consulting team to operate efficiently, support business development initiatives, and help maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Proposal & Business Development Support
  • Ability to perform market research [including leveraging AI] on potential new Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and finalizing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
  • Maintain proposal templates, track submission deadlines, and manage client RFP processes.
  • Collaborate with consultants to ensure proposals reflect client needs and internal capabilities.
Client Interaction & Representation
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients on administrative or logistical matters.
  • Attend client meetings remotely, as needed. Take notes and follow up on action items.
  • Support client onboarding, project kick-offs, and post-engagement reporting.
Marketing & Communications Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing team to create client-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team ensuring external communications align with brand guidelines and standard.
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, or workshops for clients and prospects.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the PE team.
  • Prepare and organize internal and client-facing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle invoice tracking, and team logistics.
  • Coordinate communications and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Knowledge Management
  • Maintain internal resources, including contact lists, engagement trackers, and project documentation.
  • Support internal reporting and dashboards to track client engagements and business development activities.
Requirements Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Private Equity required, management consulting experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaboration tools, and CRM platforms.
Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with experience representing senior leadership to clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of private equity, consulting practices, and investment processes.
  • Experience supporting proposals, pitches, and business development activities.
