Lead Analytics

Role Summary

The Lead Business Growth & Product Analyst will plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operational systems to support InMobi Advertising’s core functions. Responsibilities include analyzing user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance product, monetization, and financial outcomes.

• Strategy & Planning: Meet with decision makers and system owners to define requirements, identify problems, and develop strategies for improving business processes.
• Operational Management: Prepare reports, financial models, operating plans, and system design proposals; perform cost‑benefit and ROI analyses; coordinate testing and user training for new or modified systems.
• Product Growth & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive product data analyses, including life‑stage, conversion funnels, retention patterns, and A/B testing; extract actionable insights from large datasets.
• Growth Model Development: Design and implement acquisition and retention models; collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
• Key Performance Tracking: Track, report, and maintain dashboards for internal and external stakeholders on acquisition, conversion, engagement, and revenue metrics.

• Industry Awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging growth strategies, especially in AI.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a management consultant, growth analyst, product analyst, or similar role within an Android app business.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation; ability to present findings to leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), SQL, Python, and large‑dataset management.
• Experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, MoEngage/Clevertap, Firebase, and similar platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks and Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile‑app analytics, attribution, and user‑tracking methodologies.
• Experience with growth hacking strategies and tools to drive acquisition and retention.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Android ecosystem, app stores, and mobile app development is a plus.
• Passion for mobile technologies and staying current with industry trends.
