Hours: Full time
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000
POSITION SUMMARYThe Program & Grants Coordinator is responsible for coordinating HAAM programs while supporting grants administration, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional project coordination. This role supports program implementation, member care navigation, community partnerships, grant operations, and organizational systems to ensure program and fundraising goals are achieved.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned programs and annual work plans.
- Support member care navigation, community events, referral pathways, and partner relationships.
- Collect, analyze, and report program outcomes and impact metrics.
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and new initiatives.
- Oversee the internal grants calendar, pipeline, deadlines, submissions, and reporting schedule.
- Coordinate grant applications, supporting documentation, budgets, and required attachments.
- Maintain grant templates, organizational boilerplate, and data resources.
- Monitor grant compliance and assist with funder reports.
- Coordinate with Program, Finance, Development, Leadership, and external grant consultants for grants related needs.
- Develop standardized processes and improve operational systems for grants workflows and tracking systems.
- Assist with program and grant budgets and administrative reporting.
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly.
- Lift and carry up to 25lbs.
- Ability to work protracted or irregular hours.
- Ability to drive personal or agency vehicle for agency business and to maintain vehicle liability insurance.
- 2 years experience running programs and working with clients in behavioral health, social service programs and/or membership organization.
- Master’s in Public Health, Social Work, Counseling, Health Care Administration preferred.
- Experience with community and/or provider outreach including relationship building and partnership development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and closely within a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
- Ability to produce at a high output level.
