Senior Product Manager, AI

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area
• Define, prioritize, and deliver customer-facing features and platform capabilities
• Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows
• Partner with AI engineering to define agent behavior
• Identify opportunities to embed intelligent automation into existing workflows
• Work directly with customers and external partners to deeply understand problems
• Collaborate with data, security, privacy, and legal teams
• Define and track success metrics
• Operate as a product leader
• Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing system design, APIs, data models, AI pipelines, and product architecture
• Proven ability to set direction, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes at a senior level
• Data-driven decision maker with experience defining product metrics
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and strategic concepts
• Experience working in or adjacent to cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is preferred
• Prior experience mentoring PMs or contributing to the growth of a product organization is a plus.
