Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our high standards and client expectations. - Design with Precision:
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting‑edge project design and analysis. - Cultivate Relationships:
Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations. - Expand Horizons:
Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to our firm’s growth and success. - Manage Financials:
Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Mentor and Inspire:
Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented work environment. - Ensure Quality:
Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold our commitment to high standards. - Grow Professionally:
Work closely with a mentor to enhance your business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.
- Licensure: A Professional Engineer license is preferred.
- Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies. - Experience:
Proven track record in managing land development projects. - Communication
Skills:
Strong client management and interpersonal abilities. - Business Acumen:
Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities. - Leadership:
Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
$90,000 — $125,000 USD
