Life at Ui Path
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self‑propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast‑moving, fast‑thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your missionWe're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who operates as a true business partner — not just to the executive they support, but to the global organization they lead.
This role will support our Chief Operating Officer, GTM, serving as a trusted strategic partner who helps drive operational excellence across our global Go‑to‑Market organization.
This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the business, not just close to the calendar. The ideal candidate thinks several steps ahead, represents their executive's priorities and voice in rooms they aren't in, and uses modern tools, including AI, to work faster, smarter, and with better judgment than a traditional EA function typically allows.
What you'll do at Ui PathStrategic Partnership
- Act as a true thought partner to the Chief Operating Officer, GTM by understanding business priorities well enough to make judgment calls on their behalf, flag what matters, and filter what doesn't.
- Represent the executive's voice and priorities across cross‑functional settings, building trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Maintain a strong understanding of GTM priorities, organizational changes, strategic initiatives, and leadership rhythms to help the executive operate effectively.
Cross‑Functional Execution
- Partner closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and other cross‑functional teams to keep strategic initiatives, communications, and operational rhythms moving forward.
- Serve as a connective layer across the GTM organization by coordinating stakeholders, surfacing issues, and driving alignment on behalf of the executive.
- Own complex, high‑visibility logistics including leadership offsites, executive meetings, customer events, all‑hands, and global planning sessions.
- Comfortably hold stakeholders accountable across all levels of the organization, exercising sound judgment on when to follow up, when to elevate, and how to keep initiatives moving.
AI‑Enabled Efficiency
- Actively leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling, communications, research, meeting preparation, and operational workflows.
- Build lightweight systems, templates, and processes that improve how the executive and broader organization operate.
- Model modern ways of working and share AI‑enabled best practices across the Executive Assistant community.
Executive Support
- Manage a highly complex, global calendar with multiple competing priorities and stakeholders across time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel with exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and contingency planning.
- Oversee expenses, budgets, purchasing, and executive operational support in a manner that reflects business priorities rather than simply process compliance.
Team & Culture
- Partner closely with the broader Executive Assistant community to ensure strong collaboration and executive coverage.
- Act as a mentor and resource for other Executive Assistants by sharing best practices, tools, and operational expertise.
- Build trusted relationships across the GTM organization and become a go‑to partner for leaders, cross‑functional teams, and key stakeholders.
A strategic thinker who anticipates what senior leaders need before they ask, brings structure to ambiguity, and thrives operating in a fast‑paced, global business. Someone who enjoys being a force multiplier – solving problems that don't have an obvious owner and driving work that has meaningful business impact.
- 8–12+ years supporting C‑level executives or…
