Introduction: The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business systems, understanding user needs, and formulating solutions to parallel overall business strategies. They will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities- Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Analyze current legacy systems and identify inefficiencies
- Translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions
- Document requirements in Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- Create process maps to visualize current vs future state
- Negotiate requirement trade-offs and manage project timelines and costs
- Participate in testing phase by creating test cases and ensuring alignment with original requirements
- Serve as the central point of contact between users, technical teams, and stakeholders
