Wander is seeking an energetic onboarding/operations lead to manage the end-to-end onboarding of WanderOS accounts from contract to first booking. This hands-on, in-office role in Austin will partner with Sales, Site Builders, CSMs, and Engineering to unblock blockers and keep customers on track.
You’ll own the pipeline, drive accounts from closed-won to live pre-booking within 14 days, triage blockers, assign builds with full context, and maintain clear customer updates.
