Property Research Specialist

Smooth Closing seeks a Property Research Specialist to join our Research, Analytics & Strategic Planning team. You'll analyze residential and commercial property data, market trends, comps, and transaction workflows to support product strategy and client decision-making. Responsibilities include gathering data from MLS, public records, and internal platforms; building dashboards and reports; and turning insights into clear recommendations for agents, brokers, and product managers.
