OMX is seeking an Insights Analyst to support Chime’s Trust & Safety initiatives. You will deliver deep analytics across Dispute Operations, Fraud Operations, Product, Engineering, and Risk, shaping decisions that reduce losses and prevent abuse.
You will partner with Fraud Ops, Disputes Ops, and Risk to diagnose risks, quantify impacts, and develop recommendations. A base salary ranges from $138,000 to $190,000 with bonus and equity opportunities.
