We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on the problems that don't have an owner yet. We're adding products, channels, and lines of business faster than we can staff them. Your job is to take the hardest open question on the list and come back with an answer, or a business. If you want to run something of your own someday, this is the closest thing to doing it with a safety net.

The work falls into three buckets. Hard problems: how do we build out a last-mile contractor network, who's the right person to build our brand, where are we falling short with users. New initiatives: a nationwide insurance brokerage, a PMI roll-off product, an out-of-home ambassador program. Those are live, not hypotheticals. And CFO+ responsibilities: our outsourced controller and bookkeeping, the budget, KPIs, actuals against projections, and working with in‑house and outside counsel.
