They are seeking an experiencedd Order Management Specialist to join their Revenue Operations team and support the end-to-end order-to-cash process. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, billing data is validated, and revenue operations run smoothly

This position is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS operations who enjoys improving processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy

• sProcess and validate customer orders within Salesforce
• .Ensure customer account, product, pricing, and contract information is accurate before orders are finalized
• .Review purchase orders against contracts and approved quotes to identify discrepancies
• .Manage subscription billing and payment reconciliation using billing platforms such as Stripe
• .Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve order and contract issues
• .Support month-end close activities through billing and order reconciliation
• .Maintain accurate data between CRM and billing systems
• .Ensure processes align with revenue recognition and compliance requirements
• .Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency across the order management process

• e2+ years' experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, Billing, or a similar operational role
• .Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (required)
• .Good understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle and Salesforce opportunity management
• .Experience validating purchase orders against contracts and pricing documentation
• .Exposure to subscription billing platforms such as Stripe (or similar)
• .Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and GAAP
• .Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• .Comfortable managing exceptions, resolving issues independently, and escalating where appropriate
