Contract Administrative Assistant, HR & Finance Operations The short version
Our HR Director and Finance Controller are heads-down on a systems-improvement project for the next couple of quarters. The recurring work still must happen every week: timekeeping exports, invoice follow-ups, onboarding packets, Docu Sign routing, timesheet reminders. We are hiring someone to take that work off their plates so they can focus on the build.
If you like structured, repeatable work and get real satisfaction out of a clean spreadsheet and an empty inbox, this will suit you. The role is time-bound by design, so it fits well for anyone who wants a defined-length engagement.

HR Director and Finance Controller
Game 7 is a contract staffing firm built for semiconductor, mechanical, and embedded systems engineering teams. The engineers we place go into programs at Tesla, Amazon Robotics, Texas Instruments, NXP, Broadcom, and companies like them. Behind every one of those placements is payroll, onboarding, and invoicing that must be right the first time, which is exactly where this role sits.
Our values are simple, and we actually use them:
Put People First, Win By Empowering Others, Offer Pragmatic Solutions, Integrity First, Demonstrate Commitment. In this role, that mostly looks like handling other people's pay and paperwork with care, and telling someone early when a number does not look right.
