Logic Monitor in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Renewals Manager to own renewal strategy and end-to-end negotiations. You will collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to generate quotes, secure POs and signatures from customers and channel partners, and drive expansions where possible.
You will manage a high-value renewal portfolio, monitor forecasts in Salesforce, mitigate churn risk, and align with Finance and Legal to ensure timely, compliant renewals and improved pricing consistency.
