- Receive CMA program referrals and schedule program enrollments in the Austin office and at clients' residences
- Secure and schedule interpreters for program enrollments
- Complete CMA program enrollments and explain program services, rules, rights, and responsibilities
- Provide client orientations on assistance payments, procedures, and debit card systems
- Enter client data into TXOR Client Track and internal tracking systems
- Request debit card assignments and monthly cash assistance payments
- Manage and maintain a caseload of multiple clients
- Monitor monthly compliance with program rules
- Assess client needs and refer clients to other programs and services
- Complete regular follow-up on referrals
- Verify continued eligibility through monthly income, employment, SSI, TANF, and EOIR checks
- Stay current on ORR eligibility policies and TXOR requirements
- Maintain monthly contact with clients
- Maintain detailed case notes, case files, reports, and required forms in accordance with grant requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolled clients and between World Relief Austin and USCRI
- Complete RMA applications for eligible clients using the eRED system
- Respond to USCRI correction requests in eRED
- Notify clients of approvals, denials, and terminations
- Perform other duties supporting program operations
- Mature and personal Christian faith
- Commitment to World Relief's mission, vision, and values
- Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- Ability to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass MVR standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage stressful situations or crises
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Cross-cultural experience strongly preferred
- At least one year of experience in an office environment preferred
Demonstrates strong client management capabilities, including scheduling, enrollment, and compliance monitoring, while maintaining detailed case documentation. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support clients and collaborate with various stakeholders.
