- Partner with sales teams to manage customer contracts and pricing requirements
- Own contract creation from development through execution using internal Abbott and external customer templates
- Create custom contractual language
- Work within and seek approvals for contract, pricing, and contract-creation guidelines
- Assess contractual obligations and their impacts on contracting processes and products
- Review and redline business contract terms
- Coordinate internal review of customer contract edits and route extended terms to appropriate departments
- Negotiate contractual terms with internal and external customers
- Execute formal requests for proposals and requests for information
- Support the Group Lead and Contract Manager with price approval requests, basic pricing analyses, and contract creation and maintenance
- Train sales teams on requirements, policies, and procedures
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to complex customer requirements and requests
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and customers
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and working styles
- Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties
- Bachelor’s Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance
- Prior experience in Medical Devices preferred
- Experience with Sales Force, PowerBI, CPQ, CLM, or other Conga or Pros contract workflow systems preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Word and Power Point
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work seamlessly with remote sites and business partners
- Ability to build effective relationships with sales personnel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, remain organized, and work under general supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment with diverse work styles

- Ability to work under customer-driven deadlines
Demonstrates expertise in contract management, negotiation, and pricing analysis within the medical devices sector, while effectively collaborating with sales teams and internal stakeholders. Proficient in utilizing contract workflow systems and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
