Key Responsibilities- Ensures SPG achieves MCOS targets by aligning SAM groups, BUs, and central teams on priorities, pipeline expectations, and execution rigor across all cost reduction lanes.
- Ensures enterprise MCOS forecasts are consolidated, maintained, and accurately reflected in MCM, including monthly updates, scenario planning, and alignment to AOP targets.
- Ensures quarter-end actuals reporting is completed in partnership with Finance, including validation of savings realization, reconciliation of forecast vs. actuals, and executive reporting readiness.
- Ensures robust MCOS pipeline development across BUs and SAM teams (P2P, Configurations, DCRs, Co-Innovation, Resourcing, Should Cost), with focus on pipeline sufficiency, quality, and execution readiness.
- Ensures all MCOS projects and programs are tracked within MCM with high data integrity, including financial validation, timelines, risks, and ownership clarity.
- Ensures standard MCOS processes, reporting frameworks, and tool usage are consistently adopted across all organizations.
- Effectively works across SAMs, MPMs, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to remove execution barriers, drive alignment, and accelerate savings realization.
- Leads SPG-level MCOS operating cadence (weekly reviews, BU/SAM forums, executive updates), ensuring clear communication of risks, gaps, and mitigation actions.
- Ensures effective utilization of data, tools, and resources to drive informed decision-making and maximize MCOS impact at the enterprise level.
- Demonstrates deep expertise in cost optimization, supply chain, and MCOS/MCM tools, including forecasting and actuals reporting methodologies.
- Interprets cross-BU and enterprise-level cost challenges; drives best practices and scalable levers to improve cost performance and meet SPG targets.
- Leads cross-functional, cross-organizational initiatives with moderate to high complexity; influences without authority to drive alignment and execution.
- Solves complex, ambiguous enterprise-level challenges; applies strong analytical rigor to identify risks, gaps, and innovative cost reduction strategies.
- Impacts achievement of SPG MCOS targets, forecast accuracy, and financial outcomes; work directly supports executive decision-making and operational performance.
