The Executive Operations Management Analyst IV performs highly advanced senior-level organizational analysis, operational research, management studies, and executive operations support for Information Technology Executive Operations (ITEO). This position reports to the CIO Strategic Advisor / Director of Executive Operations.
The role supports the CIO Strategic Advisor / Director of IT Executive Operations by coordinating high-priority assignments, executive review and approval processes, briefing materials, correspondence, and cross-divisional initiatives — advancing IT Executive Operations’ mission of Driving IT Excellence through effective organizational processes, coordination, and accountability. This position supports that mission by ensuring the timely, accurate, and coordinated execution of executive priorities, improving visibility into major initiatives, and strengthening organizational processes to enable informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and tracking executive initiatives, priorities, and deliverables; conducting and supporting management studies to evaluate executive operations workflows, intake processes, assignment protocols, workload trends, and request tracking practices; and administering tools such as the IT Approval Tracker to support executive-level approvals. The role also manages, assigns, and coordinates responses to IT media inquiries and open records requests, assists with obtaining approvals for legislative assignments, and Executive Commissioner correspondence assigned to IT to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses aligned with executive priorities.
