B2B Business Relationship Representative

Actum Processing is seeking a resourceful B2B Business Relationship Representative to manage merchant relationships, onboarding, account support, and coordination.

This non-management position works collaboratively within the Support Department and does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Work closely and cohesively with the Support team and serve as merchant contact throughout onboarding and account management via incoming phone calls, live chat, and email / ticketing system.

Train new merchants on Actum's payment solutions and account processes via incoming phone calls, live chat, and email/ticketing system.

Explain ACH processing, compliance requirements, and payment timelines.

Coordinate with Sales, Risk Management, Underwriting, and IT to resolve issues.

Manage agreement updates, limit revisions, deactivations, and other account changes.

Maintain account records, respond to inquiries, and elevate concerns when needed.

Balance merchant service with company policies, risk requirements, and compliance standards.

Manage deadlines, submit daily wires, and assist with online account maintenance and navigation.

At least two years of B2B client support and account management support experience.

Experience working with Zendesk, Micro Soft office, Docu Sign, Zoom, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

Excellent communication, customer-service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are strongly needed.

Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Ability to work effectively within the Support team and across departments.

Payments or banking experience, particularly with ACH or Real-Time Payments.

Technical support experience with SaaS, payment platforms, or similar business software.

Knowledge of basic accounting, underwriting, risk, or compliance processes.
