With a growing portfolio of clients that specialises in designing consumer-centric strategies by combining creativity with data to build valuable relationships between consumers and brands, we are seeking a Business Architect to join our team.

Asa member of our Business Architecture team, you will work with peersand other consultants, driving commercial opportunities and helping us take our service offering to the next level. More specifically, your tasks include:

• Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to gather information about current ways of working
• Mapping and designing organisational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes
• Defining and describing roles, responsibilities, and decision-rights frameworks
• Developing and implementingsolutionsto support and improve our clients' ways of working
• Identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations tooptimizeorganizational performance, structure, and delivery effectiveness
• Developing operational playbooks, training materials, and change/adoption strategies that translate new ways of working into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels
• Engagingandfacilitatingworkshops withclientstakeholders
  -including cross-functionalandexecutiveaudiences- tobuildunderstandingand drive adoption of new processes,tools, or templates
• Identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insight to modernize client processes and improve operational performance
• Owning end-to-end client work streams related to ways of working, which includes project management and coordination between teams

• Abachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a similar field
