Product Manager, RVM

Description

We are seeking a commercially driven, data-obsessed Growth Product Manager to own end-to-end P&L-level impact, conversion performance, and operational quality for our Remote Video Monitoring (RVM) and high-value monitored security services. Sitting at the direct intersection of product development, go-to-market strategy, and business operations, you will be explicitly accountable for both product performance metrics and top-line commercial growth.

Working side-by-side with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, you will drive customer acquisition, maximize platform attach rates, and scale recurring revenue (ARR). Beyond RVM, you will help shape growth strategies across our expanding AI and cloud-native security portfolio—including Gun Detection, Alarms, and Intrusion solutions.

• Commercial & ARR Ownership: Co‑own the overall revenue success of the RVM product line with Business Development. Define and execute strategies to scale ARR, expand active accounts, and maximize attach rates across our channel partner network.
• Go-to-Market & Funnel Optimization: Lead cross-functional commercial alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Partner Enablement to streamline partner onboarding - shorten deployment cycles, and accelerate adoption.
• Voice of the Market & Customer Acquisition: Lead strategic product and business discussions with high-value enterprise customers and partners to validate market positioning, gather competitive intelligence, and refine our commercial value proposition.
• Product Quality as a Growth Driver: Drive operational metrics that directly impact customer retention and unit economics—including false-positive reduction, service uptime, alarm delivery latency, and system reliability.
• Portfolio & Monetization Strategy: Evaluate pricing, packaging, and feature adoption across adjacent high-margin recurring security services (Gun Detection, Alarms, Intrusion) to unlock new expansion channels.

• 3-5+ years in Growth Product Management, Commercial PM, or Monetization Roles within enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or complex B2B tech ecosystems.
• Commercial Mindset & Metric Ownership: Proven track record of directly driving revenue-focused KPIs (ARR growth, conversion rate, attach/adoption rate, customer retention).
• Data-Informed & UX-Focused: Ability to leverage quantitative performance data, UX research, and user intent to build intuitive workflows that remove friction from complex workflows.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Master at aligning product, engineering, sales ops, partner marketing, and support around shared commercial targets and launch timelines.
• Technical Fluency: Deeply comfortable navigating technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and operational performance constraints alongside engineering teams.

• Hands-on experience in physical security, Remote Video Monitoring (RVM), video surveillance, or real-time event management systems.
• Background in product-led growth (PLG), behavioral economics, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Experience developing enterprise UX frameworks or managing high-stakes customer journey maps in cloud environments.
