Delivery & Operations Manager

Neutonic is a fast-growing focus and cognitive performance brand building a new generation of

products designed to help people perform at their best.

We operate across DTC, Amazon,

Tik Tok Shop and retail in both the US and UK, with a growing portfolio across energy, focus and

cognitive performance.

The business is scaling quickly. We’re launching new products, entering

major retailers, opening new channels and investing heavily in brand, content and retail growth

across both markets. That pace creates a lot of opportunity, but also a lot of complexity. A single

launch can involve Product, Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance and

external partners all working toward the same deadline.

As we continue to grow, we want to keep the speed and entrepreneurial mindset of a startup

while introducing the structure needed to execute consistently at a much larger scale.

where this role comes in. We’re looking for someone who can sit across the business, connect

the dots between teams and make sure our biggest priorities actually get delivered.

We’re looking for a Delivery & Operations Manager to own the delivery process for major

cross-functional projects across Neutonic.

You are not responsible for doing the functional work yourself. Retail owns retail, Marketing

owns marketing, Supply Chain owns supply chain and Product owns product. Your role is to

make sure the work gets done. You’ll take a project or launch, break it down into clear actions,

make sure every task has an owner and deadline, identify dependencies between teams, track

progress and keep everyone aligned until the project is delivered.

You’ll need to be highly proactive. If something is late, unclear or at risk, you won’t wait for

someone else to flag it. You’ll find out what is happening, bring the right people together and

keep things moving.

A big part of the role will also be building better ways of working. You’ll create templates,

checklists and repeatable frameworks so that each retail launch, product launch or campaign

becomes easier and more efficient to execute.

• Turn major launches and initiatives into clear project plans with tasks, owners, deadlines and dependencies.
• Track progress across multiple projects and proactively chase outstanding actions.
• Coordinate teams across Retail, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Finance and other functions.
• Make sure teams understand what they need to deliver and how their work impacts the wider project.
• Identify blockers, risks and potential delays early and drive them through to resolution.
• Escalate issues where decisions or action are required from leadership.
• Build repeatable templates, checklists and playbooks for recurring projects.
• Maintain a clear company-wide view of upcoming launches, milestones and key deadlines.
• Own how projects are managed within our internal software and make sure information stays accurate and up to date.
• Ensure important decisions, changes and next steps are clearly documented and communicated.
• Run project check-ins where required and make sure agreed actions are followed through.
• Continually improve how Neutonic plans and delivers projects without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Projects may include major retail launches, new retailer onboarding, new products, new channels, marketing campaigns, events, international expansion and internal operational initiatives.

• 4+ years’ experience in project management, delivery, business operations or a similar role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup, consumer brand or high-growth business.
• A proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects at the same time.
