* Summary:

** ADI is solving complex challenges that require greater visibility into programs throughout the development lifecycle. As an operations analyst, you will collect and analyze information related to software projects and digital SoCs, maintaining clear record of program status and identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies. This role will collaborate with product management, engineering, and project management to generate clear insights into project and portfolio health.
** Responsibilities:
*** Engage with cross functional teams to track software and SoC projects from ideation through release
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards that track status across a diverse portfolio of projects
* Regularly generate project and portfolio status reports, emphasizing any meaningful changes and risks
* Track product requirements generation, ensuring timely stakeholder reviews
* Process new requirements for projects in development, provide estimated schedule and staffing impacts
* Assist in developing standardized practices for new project intake
* Provide hands-on coordination for early stage programs
* Engage with project managers to consolidate project execution schedules, ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinate with NPI team to complete official checkoffs ahead of product release

* Required Qualifications:

*** Highly motivated and adaptable, able to anticipate business needs and respond to changing priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Bachelor’s degree in analytics, operations, business, engineering, or related fields
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, project management, product management
* Experience with in the semiconductor industry or software companies
* Experience using PowerBI, Excel, and Atlassian tools
* For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce
