Director​/Sr. Director, Head of Integrations

Role overview

A senior product executive is needed to lead the integrations and partner ecosystem strategy for a global SaaS employment platform. This high-visibility role combines commercial product leadership with HR tech domain expertise, owning the vision, roadmap, and market-facing execution of packaged, white-label, AI-native, and custom integration solutions. The position partners directly with C-level stakeholders across partner companies, enterprise customers, and industry forums.

• Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for integrations across partner ecosystems, white-label distributions, and embedded product experiences.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with partnerships, revenue, and marketing teams to drive partner activation, product uptake, partner-led growth, and scaling of reseller, embedded, and integration relationships.
• Serve as senior product counterpart for key HRIS, payroll, platform, reseller, and embedded partners, shaping joint roadmaps and resolving product gaps.
• Translate recurring partner needs into reusable platform capabilities, APIs, workflows, and configuration models rather than bespoke builds.
• Connect product investments to measurable commercial outcomes including partner-sourced revenue, adoption, attach rates, expansion, retention, and time-to-value.
• Represent the organization externally through executive-level presentations and stakeholder management at partner companies and industry events.

• Proven track record as a commercial product leader driving strategic integrations, platform adoption, and multi-channel partner growth in SaaS environments.
• Experience building and scaling products for reseller, white-label, embedded, marketplace, platform, or ecosystem distribution models.
• Strong understanding of how partner and platform investments drive revenue, expansion, retention, and broader business performance.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with large enterprise technology partners, manage joint roadmaps, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep expertise with modern iPaaS platforms, enterprise APIs, and scalable data integration architectures across packaged and custom deployment models.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven capabilities to enhance integration products and create intelligent automated workflows.

• Familiarity with EOR (Employer of Record) and contractor management product capabilities.
• Background monitoring market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging distribution models in HR tech.
