Senior Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead product strategy for clinical solutions that support healthcare analytics and supply chain optimization. The Senior Product Manager will serve as a bridge between customers, engineering, and internal stakeholders to shape impactful products that improve delivery, quality, and customer value. This position will also help align product roadmaps with broader business goals while navigating complex, data-driven challenges in a highly specialized healthcare environment.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $149,000 – $191,500 annually

• Serve as the clinical and technical expert on clinical solutions, helping stakeholders advance deals and improve the customer experience
• Break down complex problems in clinical analytics into achievable milestones and initiatives, while holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish quality implementation standards for faster customer value delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality products, bridging the gap between customers and engineering
• Research customer needs and market gaps within healthcare analytics and category optimization
• Analyze market trends in clinical analytics and define strategies to establish market leadership
• Drive product roadmaps that align with corporate objectives and product delivery

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience, including over 4 years in product management
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical analytics, or associated procurement and supply chain
• Proven ability to develop data or analytics products addressing complex, ambiguous issues
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare analytics and procedure supply chain processes
