The Web Program Manager supports Expedia Group B2B's partner web ecosystem across content, user experience, and operations. As the connective point across a complex, multidisciplinary team, you will translate business needs into clear priorities, well-managed execution, and roadmap decisions that help the team focus on the highest-value work.

• Manage the partner web roadmap as a single source of truth, lead quarterly planning cycles, sequence commitments against available capacity, and communicate trade-offs when demand exceeds capacity
• Build and maintain a capacity model across authoring, development, content, design, and agency resources, adjusting plans to address bottlenecks and prevent over-allocation
• Own the project intake process by standardizing request information, assessing feasibility, routing work into the appropriate workflow, and communicating prioritization decisions to requestors
• Establish clear stakeholder communication cadences, including status updates, roadmap reviews, and planning sessions, while proactively surfacing risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Coordinate execution across authoring, development, design, content, creative, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent project management practices
• Manage an operations team of three, including goal setting, coaching, onboarding, task allocation, performance check-ins, and contractor relationship management in partnership with vendor management and procurement

• You have 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a web, digital, marketing operations, or partner marketing environment
• You have a proven track record of roadmap planning, capacity modeling, prioritization, and delivery coordination for multidisciplinary teams
• You are skilled at presenting trade-offs to senior leaders, managing expectations across competing priorities, and building strong relationships with creative, engineering, content, and operations partners
• You have experience with web content management systems and digital production workflows; experience with Adobe Experience Manager or a similar platform is a plus
• You are proficient with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent resource management platforms, and you are familiar with agile or scrum methodologies
• You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, can facilitate focused planning meetings, build structure in ambiguous environments, manage or mentor direct reports, and balance people leadership with hands-on program management

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $ to $. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.
