Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM (45-50 hours per week)
Pay: $27–$30 per hour (based on experience)
A family in Austin (78756) is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and long-term full-time nanny to care for their two children (6 years old and 2 years old). This position is ideal for a professional nanny who is serious about their career and is looking to grow with a family for several years. This is not a short-term role.
The nanny will be responsible for managing the children’s daily routines, school transportation, and creating a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment.
Morning Responsibilities:- Prepare children for the day and assist with morning routines
- Drop off the 6-year-old at school daily
- Drop off the 2-year-old at school a few days per week
- Children’s laundry (wash, fold, organize)
- Tidy and organize children’s play areas and bedrooms
- Light child-related household tasks
- School pick-ups
- Prepare and serve healthy lunches/snacks
- Engage children in enriching, screen-free activities
- Outdoor play, reading, creative play, and games
- Support age-appropriate development and routines
- Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience
- Must be seeking a long term position
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Energetic and enjoys active, hands-on engagement
- Strong communicator with a nurturing personality
- Comfortable driving children (clean driving record required)
- Open and available to travel with the family as needed
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Family offers PTO, sick pay, and paid holidays
- No pets in the home
