A private family is seeking an experienced Rota Governess to provide high-level developmental care and early education for their 3-month-old baby girl. This role combines premium infant caregiving with structured educational guidance, making it ideal for a candidate with a strong teaching and early childhood background.

• 24-hour coverage, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Full charge during on-duty weeks
• Competitive hourly rate: $30/hour (with overtime)
• Estimated annual compensation: $180,960+

• Primary bases:
  Austin
• Travel with the family as needed, including international trips (New York or Europe)
• Open to candidates from other states

• Full infant care (feeding, diapering, sleep routines, hygiene, safety)
• Plan age‑appropriate developmental and learning activities
• Support early language, sensory, and cognitive development
• Track milestones and provide parent updates
• Maintain routines and consistency across rota shifts
• Travel with the family as needed

• Proven professional infant care experience (private household preferred)
• Strong background in Early Childhood Education or Childhood Development (required)
• Teaching experience required, preferably with infants or early years
• Experience designing or implementing learning‑based developmental activities
• Rota or 24‑hour care experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of infant developmental stages and milestones
• Physically energetic, calm under pressure, observant, and highly attentive
• Excellent communication and professional English proficiency
• Valid US passport or Green Card required
