Fridays possible half days 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Guaranteed

Hours:

32–40 hours per week
Compensation: $25–$30/hour
Commitment: 12‑month contract; long‑term preferred for the right candidate

A work‑from‑home mom in Austin (78703) is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced full‑time nanny/mother’s helper to care for her 7‑month‑old baby girl. The ideal candidate is confident with infants, knowledgeable about developmental milestones, and comfortable working collaboratively with a parent who is at home.

• Provide attentive, loving care for a 7‑month‑old infant
• Support age‑appropriate developmental milestones through play and engagement
• Follow feeding guidelines (child is currently allergic to dairy)
• Maintain baby’s daily routine, including naps and feeding schedule
• Light child‑related household tasks (bottles, tidying play areas, baby laundry, etc.)
• Communicate regularly with mom regarding baby’s progress and needs

• CPR and First Aid certified (required)
• Proven experience with infants and toddlers
• Knowledgeable about early childhood development and milestone support
• Comfortable with a parent working from home
• Comfortable around dogs (family has one dog)
• Dependable, patient, and proactive
