Broadband Construction Manager

$100,000-$130,000 base salary + Benefits

Direct Hire/Full Time opportunity

Bright Minds' national telecommunications services client is searching for an experienced Broadband Construction Manager to lead large client projects in Austin, TX and the surrounding markets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high growth company building out communications infrastructure throughout the South Central Region.

The Broadband Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring commercial fiber, ISP, and OSP construction installation is on schedule, within budget, and in scope of contractual obligations. Ideal candidates will have direct experience overseeing construction operations, managing construction teams, and serving as the escalation point of contact for telecommunication installations.

Required Experience for the Broadband Construction Manager:

-Minimum 5 years of ISP, OSP, Fiber, and CATV construction experience

-Experience managing budget and employee compensation

-Experience collaborating with Fleet Management groups to ensure fleet and equipment needs are met

-Experience working with Purchasing organizations to predict equipment and tool needs
