As a Project Manager at Fine Finish Construction, you’ll take ownership of residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish, delivering exceptional quality, streamlined execution, and outstanding customer experiences.

We specialize in residential roofing, storm restoration, and premium exterior and interior upgrades. We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in residential roofing and general contracting to oversee project execution from start to finish. This role requires someone who can manage crews, coordinate materials and timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and consistent follow‑through. Experience with Company Cam and Roofr is preferred or a willingness to learn quickly.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of residential roofing projects from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors and crews to ensure quality workmanship and on‑time delivery.
• Conduct pre‑job walkthroughs, project updates and post‑job inspections to verify project scope and quality.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project to provide updates and address concerns.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and materials for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Use Company Cam for job site documentation and communication.
• Use Roofr for estimates, proposals, and project management tasks.
• Support occasional commercial or general contracting projects as needed.
• Coordinate with internal team (sales, admin, and leadership) to ensure project success.

• 3+ years of experience managing residential roofing or GC projects.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction best practices, and building codes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead crews and resolve issues on the job site quickly and professionally.
• Experience with Company Cam and/or Roofr preferred (or tech‑savvy and able to learn).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
