The Project Manager will lead our luxury homebuilding and remodeling projects.

You will activelycontribute to project success byoverseeing aspects of construction. Your deep understanding of customhomebuilding and remodeling will ensure every project aligns with our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, owners, and project teams to refine budgets and scope
• Evaluate cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Guide clients through the selection process for materials, finishes, and designs.
• Ensure choices align with project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, owners, and subcontractors.
• Maintain clear communication to keep projects on track and manage expectations
• Occasionally visit job sites to assess progress, address challenges, and support the project team.
• Utilize project management software (e.g., Job Tread, Builder Trend, Co-Construct) fortrackingand documentation.
• Employ technology to improve workflows and enhance client communication.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in luxury remodeling, custom homebuilding
• Must have a thorough understanding of homebuildingand all phases of construction.
• Experience overseeing projects and navigating job sites is essential.
• A comprehensive understanding of roof estimating is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Job Tread preferred).
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Understanding of construction systems, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• Full-Time Position
• $85,000 to $95,000, based on experience.
