A growing self-performing heavy civil contractor in Austin is hiring a Junior Estimator to support their earthworks/sitework bids. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants training, mentorship, and a long-term path in estimating. It’s a genuinely solid culture. People get along, they help each other out, and leadership is involved without micromanaging. If you work hard and take ownership, you’ll fit right in.

- Detail-oriented, confident with numbers
- Comfortable in CAD or a takeoff software (AgTek, TBC, Bluebeam Revu, InSite etc.)
