Operations Manager, Site Manager
Runs the site. Sets the standard. Protects the work.
The Site Superintendent is the daily steward of the jobsite. This role exists to ensure work is executed safely, cleanly, and to the highest quality standards—without excuses.
The Superintendent is responsible for how the jobsite runs, how trades perform, and how the company is represented in the field. This role sets the tone for professionalism, safety, and craftsmanship every single day.
YOU:
You are steady, detail-oriented, and deeply proud of how work gets built. You understand sequencing, constructability, and execution and you know that great buildings are the result of disciplined field leadership, not heroics.
You are full hands in and full hands out. You step up when needed by rolling up your sleeves and lead without direction or a push.
You lead trades clearly and directly. You address issues early. You keep sites clean, safe, and organized because you know that quality follows order.
You believe the jobsite tells a story and you make sure it’s one worth standing behind.
OUR CORE VALUES- Build To Last: Lasting quality is never accidental. We commit to craftsmanship, thoughtful detailing, and doing things the right way even when it takes more time or effort. We make decisions with the long‑term performance of the building, the client, and the community in mind.
- Own The Outcome: We take full responsibility from planning through closeout. We don’t pass problems down the line or wait for issues to surface. We anticipate, communicate early, and follow through until the work is done right.
- Better Than You Found It: How we build matters as much as what we build. We run clean, safe, and professional jobsites. We treat clients, trade partners, and communities with respect and leave every place and relationship better than we found it.
- Clear Is Kind: Strong execution starts with clarity. We value preparation, coordination, and direct communication so the field can perform at a high level without chaos. Clear plans, clear expectations, and clear ownership—always.
