We’re partnered with a well-established commercial roofing contractor in Austin that’s adding a Commercial Roofing Estimator due to steady growth.
Commercial Roofing EstimatorAustin, TX | In-Office
Compensation$70K–$90K base
This role is for someone who understands commercial roofing and wants fewer surprises after bid day.

- Scopes are built to be executed — not rewritten later
- Strong alignment with PMs and field teams
- Leadership understands roofing systems and sequencing
- Stable backlog and repeat clients
- Estimate commercial roofing projects
- Review plans, specs, and site conditions
- Build scopes, takeoffs, and pricing
- Prepare bids, proposals, and submittals
- Identify risk before award
- Support clean handoffs to PMs and operations
- Stay involved post-award when questions come up
- Commercial & industrial buildings
- Multifamily / mixed-use
- Institutional work
- TPO, PVC, EPDM
- Modified bitumen / BUR
- Metal & coatings
- Mid- to large-scale commercial work
- Consistent volume
- Commercial takeoff / estimating software
- Procore (or similar)
- Microsoft Office
