We are seeking a passionate and experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in healthcare facilities to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects related to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and specialized units such as ICU and NICU. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting and meaningful projects that will have a significant impact on healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Develop and implement project strategies, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and performance metrics.Lead project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to design and plan projects.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals and expectations.Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards in all stages of the project.Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management, preferably in healthcare facilities.Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Extensive knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.Understanding of building products, construction details, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.Proficient in construction management software programs.Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage stakeholders.Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Acute understanding of the specific requirements and considerations for constructing healthcare facilities, including ICU and NICU units.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Ability to travel as needed.Interested in hearing more?
