Senior Project Manager leading Electrical Contractor!!

Large electrical and network service contractor doing commercial construction projects in Texas is seeking a Senior Project Manager with datacenter and mission‑critical commercial construction project experience. This is a permanent position.

Salary: $135,000 – $200,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing all aspects of electrical construction projects from conception to completion.

Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine design, timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation for project phases.

Working closely with project stakeholders, architects, and engineers to ensure effective project execution.

Developing and managing project budgets and schedules.

Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.

Reviewing work progress daily and resolving arising issues.

Ensuring quality construction standards and proper construction techniques are used.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

Extensive experience managing large‑scale, ground‑up new construction projects ($20 million+ project size).

Proficiency in electrical systems and data center construction.

Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.

Excellent project management and supervision skills.

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in project management software.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.

PMP or equivalent certification considered an advantage.
