Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project estimates from concept through guaranteed maximum price.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope to identify cost drivers and potential risks
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure accurate, competitive pricing
- Provide guidance on alternative solutions and value strategies to optimize project budgets
- Partner with project leadership to ensure smooth transition from estimate to execution
- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Experience with ground-up, renovation, and interior projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to justify pricing decisions
- Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable influencing project strategy
