The Perry Group is seeking a skilled Superintendent (Construction Manager) with extensive experience in heavy industrial construction, especially in power and electrical systems. This full-time, on-site role requires traveling to various project locations across the United States (100% travel).
Responsibilities- Overseeing field operations with a focus on safety, quality, scheduling, compliance with drawings and specifications, and client relationships.
- Working autonomously, applying your judgment and expertise.
- Preparing contract modifications and progress payments for client review alongside the Project Manager.
- Ensuring contractor compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Meeting and managing project schedules efficiently.
- Communicating effectively with clients to resolve project issues in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations within The Perry Group.
- Maintaining accurate on-site records and documentation in accordance with The Perry Group's standards.
- Upholding the values outlined in The Perry Group Quality Policy Statement.
- Documenting project details accurately for Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
- Partnering with the Construction Manager to monitor and manage project schedules.

Qualifications- Six (6) or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor s degree, or
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience with an Associate degree, or
- Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
The degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
Preferred Experience- Proven leadership in large-scale heavy industrial projects across various subcontractor disciplines.
- Prior experience with power projects and electrical systems.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
