Responsibilities
Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.Preparing and negotiating the terms of all project agreements and ensuring all parties understand the scope and limitations of the contract.Implementing effective processes and standards, with a focus on quality and safety.Managing the project budget, including risk mitigation and cost control services.Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.Delivering frequent progress reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.Resolving problems that may arise during construction.Ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.Managing and leading a team, promoting a culture of respect, hard work, and achievement.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.Proven experience in managing a team and promoting a positive work environment.Excellent knowledge of construction project management processes, means and methods.Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.Understanding of construction management processes.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.A team player with leadership abilities.Proficient in project management software.PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.Excellent problem-solving abilities.If you are a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction project management, we encourage you to apply.
