What this role means for you:
As Superintendent, you’ll work alongside the Project Manager to build a variety of projects across sectors. You will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site.

• Supervise all field operations for the project.
• Coordinate with the PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality.
• Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
• Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.

We’re looking for a candidate with 5–10 years’ experience on $10 M+ projects and ground‑up expertise in Office, Industrial, Multi‑Family, and Mission Critical sectors.
