A leading heavy civil contractor with over 50 years of excellence across Colorado, the Carolinas, and Texas are growing their Austin team and are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in heavy civil construction.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare competitive bids, perform quantity take-offs, and define project scope
- Estimate self-performed work, crew compositions, and production rates
- Analyze plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
- Select vendors and subcontractors
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Estimating teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience (projects $1M–$50M)
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, underground water/wastewater, drainage, and roadway construction
- Proficiency in construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and safety (OSHA knowledge required)
- Experience with Agtek Earthwork software preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
