Civil Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Track and report daily and weekly progress on civil infrastructure projects, including labor counts, crew activity, and quantities installed.

Review civil construction drawings and prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for sitework, utilities, and structural components.

Analyze material and maintenance costs, ensuring competitive pricing and contract compliance.

Coordinate with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scope execution.

Prepare reports, budgets, risk assessments, contracts, and other project documentation.

• 5-10 years of QS experience within the construction/industrial space
• Strong understanding of civil scopes
• Experience in field reporting, photo documentation, and summary writing
• Strong communication skills for contractor coordination and progress tracking
• Tech savvy Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
