Senior Construction Project Manager; Commercial​/Box Retail​/Ground

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our commercial general contracting team!

You will support the significant growth and expansion of our Austin and out-of-town operations by overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and full project implementation.

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

• 7+ previous years experience in tenet improvement (TI), big box retail and/or ground-up construction management
• Project Management: 7+ years (Preferred)
• Commercial Construction: 7+ years (Preferred)
• Demonstrate a level of advanced knowledge in a major trade (such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and/or drywall)
• Strong negotiation, organization and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment
• Solution oriented, problem solver with a team-oriented attitude
• Able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Must live in the Austin, TX area; project travel is periodically required
